1. With minimum 3days rent will no additional cost (drop & return the car at the airport or some free coverage area)
2. A mandatory valid driving license or international driving license for foreigner.
3. Cars use only on the road of Bali (no allow off road/ no overland)
4. Normal operating time is 08Am till 09Pm, out of those time period it could be applied any charges for early morning charges (before 08AM) or overnight charges (after 09PM) for co-worker/labor honor its depended what time.
5. If need to be extending for the rent period, please notify the office /person in charges at least a day before the end of rent period.
6. Whole rates inclusive for car insurance, in case of damage or abrasions relatively mild, it will be subject Own Risk IDR. 300K /event or US $30 /event (will be review it case by case, may be no charge at all or can be more that that)
7. If the car was badly damaged, dented/destroyed or badly damaged category, it will be subject Own Risk IDR 500K / US$ 50, – and will be charged rent during estimation repairs on service station (pay 50:50). or if Total Lose will be max one month rent cost.
8. Not allowed smoking cigarette inside the car, with air conditioner on, in order to contribute to maintain the cleanliness of the car.
9. To drop and pick it up back the car outside the airport such as ITDC Nusa Dua, Kuta and Seminyak with a minimum 3days rents is no add charge (free coverage area).
10. To drop & pickup back outside area ‘9’ point, it will be an additional charge depend on area and also depend on rent periods.
11. Completely payment is required when handover of the car on the first day (Cash / Debit / Credit Card*), with leave an original ID card while rent period (e-KTP for Domestic) and Deposits for Foreigner (US $100 – $300 depend on kind of car and rent period, and original ID or the deposits will be refund when takeover the Car when finish. Sign the Rental Agreement & physical check the car conditions with the check list, also get the copy of Rental Agreement/Invoice.
Other docs require (ie. Copy/capture of Passport/KTP, Driving license, itinerary flight arrival & departure, booking hotel info, etc.) should be done once make a reservation progress.
12. Fuel positioning when returns at least as current position, if less than that, it could be replace by some payment when return of the vehicle if may be bit rush hour to avoid miss the flight.
